About JAFSA session in NAFSA

The “JAFSA Session” is a presentation of higher education in Japan that has been held every since 2011 after NAFSA offered JAFSA.

Back in year 2011 after the tragic earthquake in Japan, JAFSA was asked to give a presentation related to the international exchange in Japan after the earthquake. But since then it has become a place to give presentations on higher education in Japan.
From 2014, we have also asked the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to join our presentations, which woud be a good opportunity to present the actual situation of Japan and future goals as well as individual cases of each university.

This session is presented by JAFSA (Japan Network for International Education).
